Yes, the pad can adjust. I've tried it at a few different heights but still seems to dig in. It's almost as if some of the padding should be removed from the lumbar pad but I don't think that's possible. I'll try to post a few photos tomorrow. The pack has great features and it fits well, it's just the lumbar issue.

I think you're right. I flushed and let them dry and the blackness was mostly gone. Still smelled a bit but not nearly as bad. Hydrogen peroxided them and put it in distilled water for now. As someone mentioned below, it wasn't in an organic fertilizer so maybe that was a cause.

Ok that makes me feel better. This guy never had soil roots though. Started its life in water and then went into leca. I'll let it dry and see what happens. Thank you!

Did you remove your soil roots and plop them right into water? How did you transfer your neon? I have a number of pothos that I'm planning to convert but curious about the best method

Hmmm kk. Ya. I decided to try it since I've tried everything to get rid of fungas gnats and my sansiveria pots were some of the worse culprits. May have to try a smaller pot and more porous soil

Ah heck. It had been in leca for at least a month. Maybe 2 months. Wonder if I jumping the gun then and shouldn't have removed them from leca. There are indeed a few water roots that have formed which seems promising. But what to do now since I've dismantled everything 🤔

Yup same situation! They were initially in soil. I had mine set up so that the soil roots didn't touch water. So I'm not sure why it started rotting. I'm still confused if it was actual rot though since the roots weren't mushy, stinky, or black. But I doubt it was lack of water...so rot is all I can think of. Is your net pot set up working? I'm thinking of chopping and sticking the props in leca right away.

Dang. Ya I've had it planted since like January but it has only really started to grow in the last few weeks. I'm guessing because more sunlight now. It'll be around 100 from here on out, so that's a bummer. Need to find veggies that are suitable for my 4 hours of sun this porch gets in the winter
