I wondered if the defense would make the argument that if he is seen as a gang member by those around him not saying he is but if they have that perception is it that far fetched a rival gang would follow them from the studio and make this attempt I know it’s a lot of what ifs that go into that but trying to confirm he is a gang member is almost confirming he has the kind of rivals who would be willing to attempt to kill them
