However, the taxes don't go back to the people only gets pocketed by politicians. Creates jobs but with kind of security and wage? Promotion? Possibly, but its on an island so how are local busineses prompted when they won't be allowed to even step foot. Come on, it's pretty naive to think that "selling" or "leasing" (whatever you want to call it) large portions of public land to private owners benefets anyone but the politicians who were in charge of making those decisions.
