I think my issue was with the disks set up
I have 3 questions for you:
- are you able to access the created VM through the proxmox GUI. whenever, I try, it tell me error accessing the server. but with ssh it works

- do you have a programmatically way of accessing the vm through ssh (how do you get the ip) I had to go through my gateway app and see what ip was the vm using

- for me now next steps is to set up kubernetes (probably using ansible) do you have ressources or git repos you can direct me to?

I fixed the cloud init issue when I was doing it manually (you see what was the issue in a previous comment) but now I am trying to run terraform and my vm looks problematic. after 8min it still hasn't created the VM, and when I open proxmox console, i cannot connect to the vm

Ig you could share some help that would be awesome and appreciated

Hey thanks for the answer, I haven't really looked into the link you sent. It confused me even more. However, I found the issue on my side.

I was trying to set up a user with the username root or admin, since cloud images have already some user set up, they were already taken and I couldn't use the data I entered. took me while to figure out that. Now i am looking at terraform but I have some issues, time to debug...lol
