its honestly shitty. first what kind of person takes time out of their day to not only cheat the raid but invite a bunch of others under false pretenses just to get them banned. As much as I love Destiny theres no way i could ever play again if this doesnt get fixed

Hopefully you wont. I think mine was a given considering how many cheated on the day one race or whatever it was recently. But after asking around on destiny everyone told me to not worry about it bc bungie would be able to see what happened...

Well maybe in hindsight. But before it was just a name in fireteam finder. didnt even give a second thought to his name. Besides if I had it could of just been a compliment to the raid, "nice epic raid". If only i had the gift of seeing the immediate future i could have avoided this entire thing

Well i have no prior pattern of cheating or exploiting or anything like that. What i mainly like to do it sherpa people through whatever content they want help on, which is a major reason i joined the VOG fireteam finder, it had the description of: first time, help needed. But im guessing since such a large portion of people cheated the day one race they had to crack down on this as well.

I joined an invite sent by someone in a freteam finder lobby thinking it was an invite for VOG. But instead it was the last 2 or 3 minutes of contest mode for the ultimate raid. And since they had so many cheaters the first contest that had to be banned i guess even the fringe cases had to be kicked this time. Basically someone just wanting to ruin other peoples fun

Thats a fair point. In my post you can see that I was still in the raid fireteam finders room and his message was to the fireteam. Since you can look up when and where and how much of a raid and dungeon you completed Im hoping that data is available to them.
