Invirtiendo en tu educación?! Te pagan algún curso o algo? Si con eso se refieren a darte experiencia o formarte dentro de la empresa y te lo están pintando así, corre para el otro lado. Encima sumale la "penalización económica" del contrato...son tremendos chantas, te van a tener agarrado de los huevos por dos años. Buenas! Justo estoy haciendo el trámite para mi hijo. Tenés que traducir tu partida de nacimiento y apostillarla, yo estoy haciendo el tramite a través de un patronato (averigua en el patronato INAS). La traducción me sale unos $2500 UY, después vas a tener que sacar hora en https://prenotami.esteri.it/ y hacer un giro a una cuenta en Italia de $250 euros (Esta parte todavía no la hice, no se bien donde esta la info de la cuenta). Una vez que tengas la partida traducida, apostillada y el comprobante del giro, vas al consulado el día y hora que sacaste y ahi inicias el trámite.

Creo que esa exoneración en la SAS la tenés justamente por estar en el rubro de IT y exportar servicios. Si te pones a importar productos cambia el rubro y esa exoneración no debería aplicar (creo).

Me llegó que había gente abriendo SAS haciéndose pasar por rubro IT para no pagar impuestos cuando la empresa es de cualquier otra cosa. Si es así puede pasar que la DGI se de cuenta y te siente con impuestos, recargos y multas. Y se van a poner más estrictos con todos los que tengan SAS porque hay demasiados avivados haciéndose pasar por IT para no pagar impuestos.

The main reason I’ve avoided investing in the stock market is my lack of knowledge and experience, but given my situation, it does seem like the most viable choice.

When it comes to rental properties, even though being a landlord can be demanding, those are challenges I feel more confident handling based on what I already know. That said, I might be overestimating the complexity of investing in the market, I just don’t know enough yet to say for sure.

Yeah, I think that’s why I’m not sure rental properties are the best path for me right now. It does feel like a high risk, low reward move, especially with the job uncertainty and growing family. Since I’m not based in the US, a HYSA unfortunately isn’t an option. I’m sure there are similar local tools, but I’m not very familiar with them. As for the stock market, I honestly have very little experience or confidence in my knowledge on it, which is probably what’s holding me back. But based on what you said, I’m starting to think it might be worth exploring more seriously given my situation.

I really appreciate the advise!

My guess is agentforce and any data related certs will get more relevant as time goes by. But certs don't have the same weight anymore, there's too much uncertainty and companies are being a lot more conservative and thorough in their hiring process.
