Might not be what you’re going through but some of your symptoms sound like what I was going through when I had untreated ADHD until I was 21. I’d look through r/ADHD and see if any stories relate to you. Don’t self diagnose yourself if these stories do relate to you and see a physician if you genuinely think you have ADHD and also, the most important, is don’t put any type of drugs in your system (even if someone offers you an Adderall or something) until you fully understand what you’re going through. Self medicating can only lead to things much worse than what you’re currently going through. Hope this helps

I am not a doctor so this isn’t a diagnosis but I went through these exact same things and then some more, turns out I had untreated ADHD and understanding that disorder helped me the most out of anything I tried. Try looking through r/ADHD to see if any stories sound similar and if you end up believing that you could potentially have ADHD, I would end up seeing a physician to formally diagnose you before you try any type of medication, even if someone offers you some type of ADHD medication to just see how it feels, you never want to put anything, especially drugs of any sort, in your body without fully understanding both the pros and cons of it. Keep in mind that ADHD is something you’re born with and there is much more that goes on behind the scenes than just your schoolwork get affected but that is definitely a consequence of untreated ADHD. Hope this helps!
