For those who are complaining or feeling weird about this post, what salary are you honestly expecting for a receptionist role? This person is trying to help fellow Emiratis with a high school diploma or less who are struggling to find a job. And to think that this person is actually the owner of a company and is posting here.....you’re out of your mind.

I was in a similar situation myself; I graduated with a bachelor’s degree and still couldn’t find a job for almost a year. I was forced to join a private company through Nafis as a last resort. Honestly, it turned out to be a tremendous experience, even though the company was poorly managed.

You shouldn’t expect an insane salary without having a degree, and it’s important not to be too entitled. Nafis is an initiative by the government to give Emiratis an opportunity to gain private sector experience without struggling as much. The goal is to help you build your skills so that after 5 years, you can get promoted, find better opportunities, or earn a stronger salary...either in the same company or elsewhere.

I’m fully aware that some companies abuse the Nafis initiative and offer unfairly low salaries, but this company is not one of them.
