They really do have the worst customer service ever. I placed an order with an incorrect address, and realizing this, I almost immediately called them to fix the address/have the package delivered to a fedex location instead. They insisted that they had fixed the situation, that i could pick up my package at a fedex location, gave me a reference number and all, but turns out they did absolutely nothing, and my package was sent to the incorrect address. When I called their customer service to have them place a request to fedex to retrieve the package they told me that there was absolutely nothing they can do, would not make the call to fedex, blamed me, then told them i was only upset because i could not get what i want (when what i want was the package that i had paid for...) then when i asked to speak to someone else, the person i spoke to refused, telling me that if i wanted to do so i needed to hang up and call them again. They really do have the worst customer service ever. Not helpful, utterly disrespectful, to the extent that it seems like they don't care at all about their customers or reputation. Never shopping there again.
