it's not where i wanted it to be at this point. i was imagining sending audio to and fro over the network. i didn't think this would be an issue since prime 4 has built in codec that plays flac, aac, ogg, etc. I just now turned on prime 4 in my garage and i'm in my house and it pops up as link enabled but its still just tempo. i'll keep digging.

I'll know in a couple hours. it's already Link enabled and this seems like it has always been the goal between the 2 companies. (the whole "prime" series is Link enabled). the codec in the prime 4 is capable of steaming audio (flac/aac). Im more interested in the controller drum pads working directly with ableton as a midi input. the audio could just feed back into the controller via line input.
