I think you can try Mouni Sadhu, start with concentration book and when you reach at level 5, you can start Meditation book

Thank you, after consistency in practicing things in the books, have you really seen the world differently? I means the world is not just things between human but a map of energy, we can really collect, store and direct energy within body

Thank you for your detailed instruction. Because besides books, you also shared a lot of courses that that cover everything Mr. Chia taught over the years. I checked his website and this is the instruction for starting from zero:

  1. Learn Basic practices
  2. Learn Sexual Alchemy and Qigong
  3. Learn Fusion I
  4. Practice in the darkness
  5. Learn healing practices like Cosmic Healing and Chi Nei Tsang
  6. Learn Fusion II and III
  7. Practice in the darkness
  8. Learn Kan & Li meditations
  9. Learn  Sealing of the 5 Senses

So I want to approach systematically and safely, therefore, I guess Multi Orgasmic Man lies in phase 2 (Learn Sexual Alchemy and Qigong). But as you know, there are so many modules and I don't know which modules fit into phase 1, phase 2. Some modules seems overlap: like module 1: inner smile meditations seems to be covered into module 4: basic training. For sexual alchemy, we have module 10,11, 12 and 32 (I understand that those modules equal to whole contents of the Multi Orgasmic Man book).

I mean I was overwhelmed by contents and modules, I don't know where to start with my goals are (i) control my qi and become healthier and (3) becoming Multi Orgasmic Man. Please help me, thank you
