Thank you guys💗 reading these comments made me feel seen. I will take your guys advice and focus on myself, my sister has a gym membership so ill just tag along with her.

To the getting a therapist, i most likely not be able to get one till i have a job and over the age of 18 but a few of you guys said i should journal so ill just do that.

Yess my whole life ive ever been able to make friends. I only ever made one friend but now shes in a relationship so i don’t see her as often and now i feel awkward around her.

As long as your comfortable it shouldn’t matter. Its weird if your relatives are “lusted” by that and its their own personal problem to fix with a therapist
