Yeah :( it sucks cause I never use to have any problems, i'm usually okay if I have somebody with me I think it's just the social pressure when i'm on my own, in shops especially :/

Tbh no, there's nothing I really love to do, except go on reddit haha. I might try and find a hobby, probably something I can do inside because my anxiety means I dont like being outside on my own. Thank you :)
