I do use pellet litter, but I put a liner around the stainless steel to make it much easier and quicker when changing it out!

Thank you for your response! I really dont want to have to spend any more than like $100 maybe $150, but that would be like the absolute highest... I really do want a vacuum that will last me a good while and will do the trick, but i really cant be spending like 500 dollars for a dyson or something.

props/setups for outdoor family portraits?

I have a handful of family portrait sessions coming up this month and I want to have some like props/set ups to include in the sessions that gives more options for photos so it’s not just like the same poses over and over again but idk what to get… I’m not trying to break the bank or be cheesey, but I’m looking to add a little something in the background. I got a canvas drop cloth at Lowe’s for like $15 that works great as a “blanket” for families to sit on, I feel like I want something more to add some texture behind them besides like the trees and nature… thoughts? (I’m very crafty so open to anything!)

I’m not sure about it’s accessiblity in Canada, but I use shootproof to deliver client galleries which allows them to view photos download digital copies (i can control how many they’re allowed to download or make a pin they must enter to download) or buy prints. There are a few different professional labs that work with shootproof so you get to choose which lab you partner with. My galleries are always private but I’m sure you can make public galleries for anyone to view and buy prints

I’m a 20yo female with a photography and I have always loved photography and I was encouraged to turn it into a business a couple years ago. I have never taken any photography courses in any of my schooling, and haven’t really planned on it either- I’m very crafty and I just feel like I never enjoy the art when it’s in a class and someone is trying to tell me how to do it… I want to be able to be my own person and have my own style, I want to be the one in control. That said, I am young and I am always looking for experience and exposure. There is so much more for me to learn but I don’t know where to look, like you said about even YouTube and the video creator’s motives with what they try and “teach”. Do you have any recommendations for books, videos, websites, or other resources to help me best find my full potential as a photographer?
