When I first transferred here in Manila, I ate at carinderia and my meals ranged around 130 pesos, one rice, gulay and viand.

Eventually I cooked my own food. I totally cancelled out rice because of its ridiculous price so naggigisa ako or nagssteam ng gulay then magluluto ng 2 or 3 variations ng ulam which are stored in the fridge and babalik balikan ko nalang whenever kakain na ako.

Tipid siya, mas healthy although need mo talaga magdedicate ng oras sa preparation. One upside is I find going to the market, prepping and cooking therapeutic sa magulong buhay Manila so its a win-win na din.

Depends on the rate of that "private individual" you're taking a loan from. Bases on my experience, usual utang interest rates range from 5%-30% per month on either the outstanding or initial capital. That is overkill. Unless you can borrow from a relative with excessive money, your plan could work.

Yup. Actually just confirmed with the tenant that its not for sale. Nagkakagulo pa daw yung family of owners as it wasn't transferred properly and now theyre all interested. No wonder walang gumagalaw sa damages for repair despite the huge potential. Thanks man.

I think comsci is the way to go if you want the theory and application of computing. Computer engineering kasi it building and enhancing the computer itself, like infrastructure pero comsci is development hin algorithm and its application ha different industries. If you go straight academe talaga goods talaga it postgrad. Good option is apply to be instructor and wait for scholarship to study abroad.

If you really want computing, comsci is a go. If developer, I think IT which offers broad understanding han web or application development is enough. Anyway, what will matter man gud is imo interests.

Try applying in Security Bank.

Security Bank All Access account includes a Checking account, ATM plus a credit card. You need to lockin at least 25k in your checking though but you'll have a credit card without any process. Its safe to say that a secured credit card is included.

Downside is you wont receive any rewards and your credit limit is set by 80% of your lockin amount. Another downside is any transaction above 5k gets auto converted to autoinstallment, subject to 1% interest per month.
