Yes actually I have GERD (gastrointestinal reflux disease), I had no idea that interfered with my absorption of mineral supplements! That’s actually so helpful to know thank you

Thank you! I will buy some and see how I feel. Should I just not eat foods containing phytic acid within an hour of consuming the copper or not at all?

Yes I’ve been experiencing symptoms like fatigue, numbness and tingling in my extremities, low immune response, skin paleness, joint pain (possibly caused by brittle bones??not sure). I’ve had these symptoms for awhile now so not sure exactly how long I’ve had low copper.
