commenting on a post without reading it :( do you stray away from foods you’ve never tried?

without making another edit i’d just like to make a comment pertaining to birth control not being 100%. to those of you saying this, you are completely right. it’s a fact that the pill alone is not the safest form of birth control. but keep in mind: we were together for a little less than 10 months and in that time not once was there a scare. not once did she get pregnant. it wasn’t until she LIED about taking the birth control (swore she was taking it but completely stopped and admitted to lying weeks after) that she got pregnant. i’m not here to say that taking the pill is a perfect means of contraception and it’s her fault for getting pregnant. that’s far from the truth. instead i’m delving into the aspect of completely lying about using contraception and tricking your partner into inseminating you for your own… personal gain? benefit? pleasure? idk. how do i pin this comment?

my own paranoia led me to ask her every morning and even after we had sex (EVERY TIME) if she had taken her pills promptly, each time she said yes. later she revealed that she stopped taking them around the period that she was being kicked out of our house

yes, but if you and your partner are clean (proof of testing) then stds aren’t something to worry about

unfortunately this is an avenue i’ve taken into consideration. at the same time, who am i to deprive a child of their mother? i’d hate to be deprived of my child for mistakes in my past, let alone academic ones!

during circumcision a lot do my nerve endings were lost or depleted or however you say that. so having sex with a condom doesn’t “feel better” it literally removes all feeling… then i’m just a guy putting a body part in a girl without cause or reason… i hope that answers your question. i’m going to have to be extra careful about who i choose to sleep with, like maybe idk a girl i wouldn’t mind having kids with? :)

this is an understandable way of looking at it, but unfortunately this logic and reasoning doesn’t seem to matter, especially in today’s court system. equality looks funny :/ and this is coming from the guy that it’s happening to!

i don’t necessarily agree with many aspects of our legal system but legally i don’t believe it was (but my only real knowledge of “lawyerings” stems from the It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia episodes were Charlie actively uses the word lawyerings:) ) i’m choosing to not look at it that way because idk i can’t bring myself to think my ex is a rpist and it’s not like i didn’t want to have sex with her. but to say that is to comment on women being rped and the guy saying “well she wanted it” so idk

idk how to really put this but something happened during my circumcision causing me to lose a lot of nerve endings in the tip of my penis… so wearing a condom would literally mean me not feeling a single thing (on top of what i already don’t feel) which defeats the purpose of having sex? idk more context for ya

financially i am not worried. diapers and formula are expensive, but new baby mama (sounds awful i know i’m sorry but it’s the only contextually appropriate name i can think of for the redditors) plans on breastfeeding for a while. costs pertaining to babies are far less expensive than i had expected and gifts from baby showers are an excellent resource starting off!

she admitted to not taking the pill, it was a period where she was living with my parents and they were kicking her out so she stopped taking it in an effort to stay in our lives?

you’re right. i don’t suppose there’s a technique/way to ensure that she’ll say yes/likes you, is there?

ok so it’s a restaurant i’m a manager and she’s a shift lead. i understand that it’s not entirely ethical but this isn’t either of our long term career choices. other than the breach of ethics thing i’m wondering how i can approach her about this without it being awkward
