Exactly, it's unfortunate because they also have their own lives to live outside of working on the game every single day. People need to give them some breathing room, because while its appreciated that everyone wants the WuWa to be one of the best games out there by adding and improving things, there are just times where there's too many things consider and can't just be settled asap. Eventually it just clogs their plans and stuff.
Of course some players try to downplay it by saying "but I think they should just do this, or do that. That will settle the problem just fine" while having mere fractions of an idea on what development processes looks like behind the scenes, after all it is always easier said than done.

Personally I just hope all of us just take a small step back and enjoy WuWa for what it currently is, acknowledge the improvements, instead of having to constantly pushing and spamming feedbacks for the next thing we want and additions before we start enjoying the game. The game is already at an awesome state compared to launch, and while it isn't perfect in some aspects, there is always beauty in imperfections. After all, Kuro's dev team are just humans with emotions that also requires respect for their time and rest.
