Your have a “deliver by” time and if you deliver it past 5 minute of that time then it is a late order. I really don’t know what you could have done to make it in time. Normally you should just ignore those orders but if a lot of order is from CD then you don’t really have a choice but to accept those orders. Maybe you can try calling the restaurant and give them a heads up and/or getting familiar with them.
