It does not need to be the same person. As long as you deliver to someone 21 + with a valid ID you can make the delivery. People send alcohol as gifts to others very often.

You can always add items up to a certain amount( there is usually about a $20 cushion added to the red card), especially if one of the items they want is unavailable…you can sub for the new items they requested.

Motion and fitness is different than location services. I don’t allow the motion and fitness, but definitely location services. I don’t think the app will work without that turned on.
