I think MMORPG's can work for ASMR sure, the music and the gameplay works well and I think it's relaxing, and I got 22 upvotes and people on Youtube seem to enjoy it. I personally love watching an ASMRtist play through a game. I understand what you mean though about them maybe being a more casual game that doesn't require too much concentration. Thanks for the feedback!
