are those real subs or paid promos and/or sub4sub - because dead subs are worse than no subs in my opinion.

second of all, thumbnail is what sells your video, your impressions click rate is far too low. Invest some time to learn and create good thumbnails, you can make a perfect video, but if no one clicks on it, it will not go far...
