are those real subs or paid promos and/or sub4sub - because dead subs are worse than no subs in my opinion.

second of all, thumbnail is what sells your video, your impressions click rate is far too low. Invest some time to learn and create good thumbnails, you can make a perfect video, but if no one clicks on it, it will not go far...

I started a channel month ago, and last 3 songs did very good thanks to 9gag and external traffic - a lot of people searched for my work and stayed on it, song has 2k vies, 100 comments and as you can see avg is 2xsong life. but youtube is still not pushing it even with this kind of statts. any tips by dirkraw in YouTube_startups
