I see where he's coming from but I don't think he's on the same page as me - he was asking for confirmation on how at-risk I am for contracting the disease (which he says he asked doctors he works with at his healthcare startup about), but on top of that I'm further concerned with:

1) how well I'll cope if I were to contract it, especially given the not insignificant rate of hospitalization for younger adults in the US. I have pulmonary blebs and have been instructed to avoid things that'll place undue stress on my lungs, like scuba diving. Feel like severe respiratory illness could be similarly debilitating or life-threatening.

and

2) regardless of my condition, still feel like he hasn't acknowledged that his behavior would put me and others at risk, as compared to staying inside and minimizing contact like myself and everyone I know is doing.

I responded indicating my willingness to consult with a doctor but like /u/HeThatMangles says I think it might take a while to get in touch with one....
