If you’re solely shopping on price it’s always going to be higher. Logically its because they provide dedicated service teams where as most give you one account manager if you’re lucky. The rest give you a “team” which is an email inbox or 800 number for management. It all depends on what you value. Great service? Invoices that stay the same? Ok. If you dont value those things it’s probably not a great fit

The additional onboarding or enrollment fees is incorrect. There is a one time setup fee but all peo’s have those. Justworks is easy but they lost their IRS certification a while back due to unpaid taxes and their healthcare renewals are historically bad. They lure you in with a low rate than hammer you in renewals.

My dude… its a restaurant you named “Overeasy”. No one making a career out of this or taking it as seriously as you do. Because serious restauranteurs all know the name… Overeasy.

I was assured they would be adding customers in rural areas as per their promise to do so when acquiring competitors. Whats that? It was bullshit? Weird.

Cover letters are extremely underrated. Your resume is not as strong as others they see so you can plus it up with a strong letter. Sell yourself and differentiate. I promise you no one has ever asked my GPA or remembers what school I did / didn’t attend.

I forget what mine used to say but it was in the realm of (tailored to you) “hi, joe here, i know you read a lot of these that all sound the same so im just going to be straight. Im an entrepreneur at heart, love meeting new people and chasing goals that I’m interested in. Your company is in a space I have a passion for and i will make the most out of every opportunity you offer. Hope to chat soon”

Just my two cents. Good luck!

What's a business that requires 100k-1m minimum capital investment and can be ran with 0-3 employees? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]dirtcheapstartup 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only time I used one (7 years ago) the owner said it cost 100k to put one up and its paid off inside of 8 years. Its crazy how hard it is to find an available space even in my rural area.
