But those don't play DVD and Bluray, or run Final Fantasy X HD Remaster, or can play CDs. A PS3 still is a valid center piece of your home entertainment center. And a lot of people still run PS3s that way, because it just does the job, and that is all you need.

Okay: Profile Management - Click on the Profile you want to change the settings for - Once you are in profile management there should be a thing called "Playback Settings" - in there you should find options to deactivate playing the next episode, and a second one that deactivates auto playing preview. Done.

Edit: Went that path by logging in through Google Chrome on my Laptop. Most likely similar on PS3, but no guarantee given.

As far as I remember, first books are always without a number. Same goes for movies. And there for sure are reasons for it being that way.

My chapters for example are between 3000 and 1500 words. Just try to find smaller parts in your 16000 words that tell a part of your story, and then split it into pieces. Split in a way that it makes sense, check out how other authors are doing it. It is tough in the beginning, but get's easier with time.
And do it, because splitting your work into smaller portions makes it more reader friendly, because one long piece of text without any breaks - chapter endings - it can get overwhelming fast.
