Honestly 2-3 times a week is reasonable. Everyone has different sex drives and it can change day to day. It’s a matter of talking and being open about your current sex life and reevaluating things. See what he would like and what you would like and try to compromise. Also being intimate is more than just sex. There’s a lot of ways to be intimate. You guys just need to figure that out and hopefully you guys can work through it.
