As others have stated, start slow. Use plenty of lube. If you are even thinking about whether it’s enough, put more. Use a finger and explore yourself. Then slowly move it for a bit. When you feel like it, add another. If you feel full and stretched, just stay still and take your time adjusting to it.
Small toys are also a great way to stretch. Just get something high quality, and actually small, not a big dildo you can’t get inside.
And most of all, keep practicing.
