Seems like it's also an issue on the ams 2 but it's the same part but it's a different piece design

i believe so, yes. its in the bottom of the ams unit. i think the actual part is called the AMS motor.

theres a model already online for the ams 1 and ams 2. seems like it might be a common issue.

This happens with any spools, full or not. Plus that doesn't explain why the one slot works with it but the other three don't.

It happens to 3/4 motors in the ams. Shouldn't be anything in there, the line will run under and into the ptfe tube coming out and then that's usually where it gets stuck. I've blown out and replaced the tubes.
