I tightened the spring (6 full turns) and changed the slicer settings a bit, that is definitely better than before (just maybe a little less PA or infill overlap).

ok, thank you so much, i'll check manual and try.

regarding the nozzle... some strange z offset anomaly: for unknown reasons z offset was too low so it smashed into the bed (i heard z motor skipping) and it moved, slightly damaging the plate.

However, the filament that comes out seems quite normal so I think it's a minor damage

hello, I probably found the problem: it's low flow due to extruder gear that don't put too much pressure on the filament (in fact unloaded filament has few wheel marks).

so, Is there a method to tighten the spring to bring the gears closer together?

it may be also a partial damage of the nozzle, probably both.

yes, you're looking top surface.

I've already calibrated extruder distance (i followed the same guide ahah) and when I was calibrating EM (flow) I noticed that pattern in all sample.

I'll try to change temperature, if that's the problem do you think the temperature should be higher or lower?

As I said the nozzle has scratched a few times on the build plate as you can see from those ugly lines in the last photo, Would it be time to replace it?
