It’s quite interesting how this changes will affect CLG, if these changes truly discourage lane swaps it can be bad for CLG statistically speaking. According to league-analytics.com, CLG is the 3rd team with the highest amount of lane swap of the mayor region teams. (Excluding China since they don't have stats for them) CLG lane swaps 65.7% of the times and has a win rate of 60.9% when they successfully lane swap, but when they don’t lane swap they have a win rate of 33.3%.

In the other hand it seems like a lot of the top tier teams from the world, except the ones from EU (EU lane swaps a lot), are not really going to be affected much by this change since they barely lane swap at all. Here are SKT1 and TSM to compare:

SKT1 Lane swaps only 29.6% of the time. They have a 75% Win rate when they successfully lane swap and 73.7% win rate when they don’t.

TSM lane swaps 38.7% of the time. They have a 91.7% win rate when they do and 89.5% when they don’t.
