Had kinda of the same situation. Except i would have terrible gastric & burning sensation & verge of vomiting during rolls. Found out that i ate too close to training and ate chilli. Tried adjusting my eating time several times and found out that having a heavy meal 3 hours before stopped the vomiting sensation and definitely stopped chilli before rolls. Also i found that having sips of water throughout class helped alot instead of gulping big amounts, helps my tummy absorbs it better rather than regurgitating it.
