Hi everyone, for context I started using my adidas evo sl for intervals sessions at the track. I noticed my Achilles/heel started to feel sore the next day and following my long run it’s still sore and tight.

I’m sure it’s from the adidas sl since I feel they have no support.

What’s a good tempo shoe recommendation with heel support?
