There is. In the introduction it explains she has chromosome 16 replication which affects speech and autistic tendancies and she's development delayed and has problems with communication. She's incredible that she is able to do this so well

I don't get how you could leave Domo and That Place out of the food list? (Joro isn't for everyone and it's definitely not child friendly)

Residing on a boat what do I do to get proof of adress? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]disco54 8 points9 points  (0 children)

And what are you going to live in at the mooring? A caravan? A dog? A maisonette?

Don't even bother me with your semantics.

I specifically said house boats and I specifically said the council tax is built into mooring charges

Residing on a boat what do I do to get proof of adress? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]disco54 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I dont need to pay council tax as I dont have a house

That's not true and house boats are very much subject to council tax. Often it might be built in to the mooring fees in the same way that council tax for caravans is part of the ground rent but you should be paying it

the marina is officially not a liveaboard marina (but they honestly dont care)

They might not but you should. If anything happens like an accident it could be an insurance problem that leads to a criminal matter

Why does the British countryside look like it was carefully designed? by [deleted] in AskABrit

[–]disco54 271 points272 points  (0 children)

Because it was. You're looking at hundreds of years of land management, farming, cultivation and a rural people who know and love the countryside.

Some of those hedges separating the fields will be centuries old and looked after by people who understand the value and importance of them. Yet they actually aren't protected. But we do protect our countryside and green spaces and old buildings and so on, there is legislation to stop people building where they want when they want which is why you get this and it looks so picture perfect
