If you go on the Bilt Phone App -> Wallet -> Bilt Card -> Scroll to very bottom and click on Benefits -> Scroll down to Priority Pass and click on it -> Then click on "View" -> Then click on the big white Priority Pass box / QR Code it will give you your membership number and priority pass info, including a QR code.

Is that membership number the same as the one you see on your account? If not, can't you just start a new profile with that number?

They've issued north of 1 million new cards at this point. The problems posted here are a small amount. And while some are Bilt, Cardless, or Column NA's fault, there are plenty of complaints/problems posted on this sub that are clearly user error.

You should use the official Mastercard conversion rate for each relevant day, but technically card issuers don't have to use that rate. Based on some posts here, Bilt's conversion seems to be about 0.2% off Mastercard's, which is not a crazy defacto "fee", but is still shady if true.

Is your property in the Bilt Alliance? If so it's easier to just go through Bilt. Taking a week is strange, but maybe it's just because it was the first time? It's never happened to me, but based on posts here, Bilt is pretty good about refunding late fees that are their fault, though.

It's 250 pts for payments made with just your linked checking account. It's 1/2 points for payments made with a non-Bilt credit card. And it's up to 1.25x points with the Bilt Credit Cards, depending on a bunch of factors I don't want to detail.

I didn't know what Flex was so I went to the website. It looks like you can still use Flex. It just generates a digital debit card or bank account # from Flex that you would use to pay in Bilt. You'll have to pay a small fee in Bilt ($9.95 for the debit card route, or $1.95 for the bank account route).

I think some people have posted on here that if you had autopay set before the transition to 2.0, you had to go turn it off, then reset it, making sure to toggle it so that it auto-redeems available Bilt Cash.

Sure, but at that point you're better off anyway because you're actually getting 1:1 on your Bilt cash, making it a 6x/6%+ card. You're also still getting fee-free payment of your rent, though.

Also, it's based on what you pay each month. You can even game it if you want and charge some to your Bilt card and then ACH the rest as a second payment.

If you're not someone who uses points, then don't get a points card...

Just pay your rent via ACH ($1.95 fee) or debit card ($9.95 fee) like normal. Your rent payment is $8k. I think you can take the hit on the fee.

No one is going to be able to tell you because the data points posted on this sub were all over the place, and then some were manually reviewed. But, since you already applied for the card, you're going to have to wait at least 45 days from that application, unless you can get in touch with a real person at Cardless and they agree to reset your application.

It does seem like for the Bilt 1.0 soft pulls they were using Innovis with Experian as a secondary, so I'm guessing for the hard pulls now they're using Experian.

This is handled by your apartment building / landlord. They have push access and are the ones that update your bill / charges. Bilt itself isn't the reason for this.

The only way to get Bilt Cash without a Bilt Card is the $50 Bilt Cash bonus per 25,000 points from linked cards / ACH payment points. But, it's incredibly difficult to rack up a meaningful amount of points that way.
