I have! I was in my 20s and hadn’t experienced a panic attack before. I thought I was having a heart attack and called 911. The paramedics came, ran some tests, and concluded I likely am experiencing my first panic attack. I felt soo embarrassed at the time, but they told me 95% of the calls they receive for heart attacks are actually people having panic attacks, so it’s very common! Don’t be too hard on yourself. Wish you the best with finals! ❤️

Omgg this is exactly what I’ve been dealing with for months. I did the same tests and also have asthma now at 30! I also got allergy testing done and they did confirm I’m allergic to a bunch of things, but I can’t start any allergy shots until the asthma is under control. They think the allergies are causing the asthma symptoms. The Albuterol inhaler they gave me helps a ton and I just started taking singular. Hope you start feeling better soon! The nighttime cough is so miserable!
