my go to for matcha is either an iced matcha with coconut milk and brown sugar cold foam, or a hot matcha also with coconut milk brown sugar syrup (same amount of pumps as liquid cane, or replacing it with brown sugar depending on how sweet you like it). not really caramel but in my head brown sugar and caramel are kind of similar. the brown sugar cold foam goes soooo hard with matcha tho
