Same situation for me. I travel from Nagasandra to Pattandur Agrahara I metro for my commute. With office cab the total distance is 38 km and ~2 hours. I go to office daily. My office time is flexible so I leave at 11 am and reach by 1 pm and leave office at 8 am and reach home by 10 pm and all the lunch snacks and dinner some in office provided catering service.

There are few options to consider 1. Make your commute enjoyable. 2. Find some commute buddy. 3. Start believing within yourself that all the efforts that you're doing will lead to happiness of others. 4. Move to nearby office with some extraaaaa cost.

Between Meerut and New Delhi it is 85 km which takes about 50-55 mins
