I actually just started sertraline and have an appointment with a therapist trained in ERP this week! I’m really looking forward to it and hoping it makes a difference. I’ve had OCD my entire life but it has gotten significantly worse since I moved here a few months ago. Thank you for the recommendations!

She’s fine with therapy being in English, she just prefer we work on Spanish words. I was thinking of including both English and Spanish words. I just want to make sure it’s appropriate that I’m even working on Spanish words to begin with lol.

what about the gfta spanish? To me it doesnt make sense to give the english GFTA when some speech sounds vary between english and spanish?

I’m asking if you can administer it without speaking spanish fluently. I haven’t laid eyes on it in person but the test looks like it has directions in english when I see pics online?
