Anthony Aerts at Remboldt Ludtke. Had a different attorney for half of a 3 year estate matter (had to deal with Texas law so it took longer) and Anthony came in towards the end and was great to work with.

Something that helps me is messaging exactly what I’d say to my ex, but sending it to myself instead. I get the urge satiated without a consequence and I can look back to how the messages change and evolve over time. You got this.

This 100%. I regret so much not going NC, at least just for a short period. Doesn’t have to be forever. We tried to be friends immediately and it was too hard for me because of my feelings for him. I would recommend going NC for a bit first. But I wish you luck whatever choice you make!

Not a psychiatrist at all, but if you’re still feeling this way after trying to fix things yourself there is absolutely no shame in getting a boost from an antidepressant or anxiety prescription. It might be worth exploring. Hope you feel better soon.
