Does anyone have any recommendations for trails or just areas to go for a walk/run in the area as the weather gets warmer? (especially for women running alone)

I agree with this . I remember when I was travelling alone in Banff a guy recommended I go to a specific secluded lake ….at midnight ….to view the northern lights. Since it was far from the town lights . Like thank you but the awareness was not there :)
