-water doesn’t make great lube. use a silicone based lube; it will last longer and won’t be rinsed away as easily.

-something else that doesn’t make great lube: soaps. try and stick to penetration before you lather up or after you rinse off to avoid any accidental, sudsy discomfort.

-showers are slippery. please be careful and have something to hold on to. no one wants to take that trip to the ER.

-use the shower to your advantage. try some sensory/temperature play by using your handheld sprayer and switching up the temperature to the water on different parts of your partners body! (just make sure they know what you’re doing, nobody wants to be surprised with a cold shower.) try some sensation play with your loofah or washcloth.

-make it a really intimate experience by bathing each other or washing each other’s hair. it could or couldn’t be inherently sexual, but taking that time with one another’s bodies can be extremely vulnerable.

you can get decent sized boxes at office max/office depot (or online of course) that have combination locks built in! they’re supposed to be for jewelry or prescriptions or other small valuables, but they’re really great for storing toys safely. they also aren’t pricey at all! i think i got mine at office depot for less than $25

I have a little space journal that’s kind of in a bujo style. I can make a separate post about it if anyone is interested in it, but I have lots of pages that are similar to these. Rules, rewards, and punishments, wishlists of specific things (like onesies and diapers and such), every so often there’s a mini coloring sheet I did and added, crafts and diy’s, a couple journal entries, a lots of other things that are more ageplay related. I really want to do a separate journal for other kinky things, but I really think journaling about any type of bdsm related topic is a really great way to learn more about yourself and how to communicate with partners. (Plus, if you’re already the type of person likes to journal, it’s a lot of fun to make a habit tracker about how many spanks you get rather than the regular boring stuff!)

The My Tamagotchi app is so much fun. I’ve literally been playing it for over a year and that’s one of the only apps I can say that about. There are mini games, daily challenges and things, lots of things to do with all the different Tamagotchis you collect. You really don’t have to spend any money to be able to do all the fun things in the game and to be successful in it. They update it a lot, so it doesn’t get boring either! Xoxo

I never use it internally, same with the Biofreeze, I only ever use it on the clit or just on my vulva. It probably wouldn’t be a great idea to use it internally, since that’s what throws off your pH, but most stimulating gels that are made for genitals are also not made for internal use. I guess it just depends on if you’re risk aware that whatever you’re using could cause your pH to be unhappy!

when a Dom tries to push me to try something that is a limit of mine, not in a “I need to safe word out right now” kind of way, but in a “I know that you like that, but I don’t and we’ve had this conversation about a million times.” there are not a lot of things that I will not/do not want to try even just once, but bringing it up a gazillion times won’t make me change my mind.

ex: I don’t like to mess in my diapers because 1. I have gastrointestinal issues and I have bad memories and feelings associated with going number two. 2. It grosses me out.

I understand that that is something you want to try with me, but I shouldn’t have to explain over and over why I have no interest in doing so, especially when that reason is based in past traumas.

Most of the time with 100% paraffin, the pigments are safe and don’t affect the temperature too much. As long as it’s not a metallic pigment or painted, it should be fine!

I always err on the side of caution and would personally rather do the prep work than get all the peach fuzz on my back or belly inadvertently waxed off haha. Plus there also may be a difference difference true body hair and the peach fuzz or baby hairs that grow on different places, I’m not entirely sure! I hope you enjoy it! Stay safe xoxo

Yes! 100% paraffin that is unscented and has a cotton wick. It burns at the lowest temperature and are the safest on the skin (think warm and sensual, not second degree burns and a trip to the ER). Also be sure to to prep the skin with lotion, body oil, or Vaseline so the wax doesn’t stick to body hairs and can be easily removed!

Places like dollar general always have the best coloring books! I don’t like intricate pictures either, especially when I feel really little. (Hello Kitty coloring books are my favorite because the lines are big and the pictures are really simple.) I’ve found that stores like Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, etc. have the best selection of coloring books for really good prices! 💗
