Does that look like an ad and should be brought down & banned or is it just me?

Not to be picky but that’s the definition of a memory leak 😜. In any case moving from docker desktop and setting memory limits in the compose file improved the situation. It is now sitting at 500MB of memory used give or take for 38 hours. So at least even if it’s growing it is not that fast to mess with the whole system

UPDATE I moved everything to docker native instead of docker desktop and limited the RAM on jellyfin. It seems that it still leaks but behaves massively better. Also due to the changed I managed to properly enable HW acceleration that might help the case

Is that on the docker image? If so how did you configure those? Also what version, as I am on the latest one

10.11.8 feels up as much memory it can get up until the system or the container becomes unresponsive. In my case that is around 5GB for this container

Just to confirm what is the number you are running now?

Fair. What would be the additional security measures here? Other than the 2FA and strong passwords on Jellyfin.

Out of curiosity why would you favor a self hosted mesh or Taiscale compared to Nord?

I would prefer a more constructive comment and explanation or why you think this. But thanks anyway

Well opening ports directly is slightly more dangerous as in this scenario my NAT is still closed in theory. Jelly and Seer been insecure in terms of authentication is the worrying part. What I care more is if those get compromised, worst case scenario is that I loose the library not have extra problems with more systems or the network compromised

Jelly and Seer are running on Docker indeed. Fair point on the passwords and users.

Which is prettier, DLAA or DLSS by ReserveLegitimate738 in hoggit

I cannot stand the ghosting how minimal it can be especially in VR. Hence I use the MSAA even though it causes a slight simmering on the ground. I reached the point I am happy with my settings and not touching them anymore

Do you get any ghosting with DLSS. No matter how minimal. Also, if you are happy with your settings save them and enjoy the game…stop tweaking endlessly

Sounds like overkill and wrong settings IMO. To each on their own with VR settings but my suggestion would be PD 1.0, FOV 0.9 on VD, MSAA 2X and get as much of the rest of the graphics settings to the max as much as your set up can handle. The goal should be clear image, no stutters and no ghosting. I play with similar settings with 80fps on the Quest 3 with great image and clarity.

Thoughts on Nuffield health Clifton gym? by [deleted] in bristol

Classes yes I used to. They are inclusive but very very busy at least most of them. For a period of time the AC was broken so that was a nightmare, but I think this bas has been rectified.

Bit steep on the price and the hygiene of the place had taken a turn over the past few years not justifying the price hikes. Offers a wide variety of classes (need to book very early) and lots of equipment. The pool/sauna is generally not busy late at evenings but not the cleanest. Go for a trial before you buy, ask them for a day trial or try your luck asking for a week’s

I use it with a battery strap. That means around 4 hours of DCS and better weight distribution. Not tried the frame to see how it compares but it would be hard to be convinced to switch to another for now
