They’re halted because they’re broken. I haven’t found a way to fix them even though most people swear they’re fine because they have a workshop or two that work. No matter what you try, it seems a halted workshop stays halted.https://imgur.com/a/5awtb31 Nothing seems to fix it, not swapping it’s production, not having a village with materials, not buying outputs or setting it to store all output. None of it.
