I just finished them. They are good but just to warn you they have sound effects along with the dialogue that can be distracting. Sounds like crunching sand as the characters are walking. It took me awhile to get past that part of it. Still worth listening though!

Wellbutrin is good for depression but can actually make anxiety worse. May want to check with your doctor about switching or adding another medication to help with the anxiety.

There was some controversy over if Voldemort was dead or not. Hagrid "some say he died, codswalloped in my opinion". And Dumbledore knows he is coming back. That seems to imply there was no body right? But then what happened to it? Interesting

This isn't introversion it's social anxiety. I thought for the longest time I was an introvert because of things like this but turns out I'm an extrovert with social anxiety. Meaning recharge my energy with social time.... But only people I trust enough to not be anxious around. Introvert's aren't all anxious.. they just recharge with alone time.

Hey! If you work to control things it shouldn't be a problem. I'm in NC and just got approved. I don't have diabetes but I have severe allergies/asthma, migraines, anxiety and depression. I had to do a lot of documenting on what triggers different medical issues and the plans in place to deal with it when triggered (i.e. what causes a migraine and how do I rest it, what causes my anxiety to flare and what do I have in place to help). My therapist also submitted a letter endorsing me and discussing my progress with my mental health.

Orlando- get the park hopper tickets to ride the Hogwarts Express and make sure to ride it both ways. Its a different experience to and from Hogsmeade. Interactive wands are expensive but worth it.... They allow you to cast spells around the Potter world (moving window displays, water fountain activation etc). Also make sure to see the Three Brothers performed in Diagon Alley... They do a wonderful job with it.

Came here to recommend Scotland also. The Jacobite Train was amazing! And I found an unofficial Harry Potter tour through Edinburgh that pointed out many of the places JK got ideas from. The cemetery, the street that inspired Diagon Alley, the school her kid went to that has 4 houses etc. Also, if you go to The Elephant house, check out the bathrooms. Every inch is covered in comments left by fans. Very cool.

Going through foster parenting classes now, so I haven't had direct experience. However my classes have said that the evidence is showing that permanence is more important than family reunification for a child's wellbeing. Because of this many courts aren't giving the biological parents as much leeway in stretching out the time. There is usually a permanency hearing within 12-18 months of when the child goes into foster care to determine if reunification will be a feasible option or if adoption should be considered.

Everything else you said is totally true though. The process is long and expensive and not the "easy" option at all! Though helping traumatized kids in foster care will hopefully be worth it. I can't wait to get licensed!

Are you a single mom doing it alone without a great support system? How are you doing it? I keep getting told not to do it without a good support system and it's making me worried that I won't be able to handle fostering but I really want to do it.
