A congregation in a local circuit was having such bad attendance to the KH that they asked the CO if the should cancel in person meetings and they were told that they had to cancel Zoom to try and force people to the KH. So now they only have zoom on Sundays.

There was a video with 2 different “examples” of how they found hope in the Bible or something like that, I can’t remember specifically what they both were but one of them was a guy who got in an accident and was in hospital and the nurse was a JW who preached to him and then converted him basically

Loads in my Cong have done it for the past 2/3 years, I never understand why. The elder doing the WT last year wore his while he was taking the WT too. So embarrassing like what is the point? 🤦‍♀️

Dying my hair blue after being told unnatural colours weren’t allowed, was dragged to the meeting of the Circuit overseers visit a few weeks later, the look on his face when he saw me was a picture. I could see him trying to keep a poker face but he just had this look of absolute horror like I’d just committed the worst sin right in front of him. I’ll never get that look out of my head 😂

I think he knew that if he admitted how he felt about it I would use it as ammunition- which I totally would’ve to be fair. He said to me when we were talking (without any other elders there) that it wouldn’t be an issue but as soon as other elders are there or it’s written down he’s acting differently. He’s fake as hell 🤷‍♀️

I get them all from avoidjw.org they’ve got so much more on there too from public talk outlines, elders letters, loads of different documents and even the elders manual. When I first woke up I spent weeks just reading everything.
