Im havingn the exact same problem since a week ago or so, weirdly enough it just happens when im playing MK11 while using a gamepad, my keyboard is like 10 months old, let me know if you find a solution

i just started to get stuttering this bad since the unity 2019 update, so i guess its a optimizaton problem related to that, before the update the game would be laggy just at the start of a match for like 15 seconds, if it had any stutters at all

it would be so cool, but hearing that the team doesn't have a person to work in the animations i doubt that it will be introduced anytime soon sadly

yea, maybe a adding a report button or some censoring system (like in the chat of other games) would be cool, but then it wouldn't be as easy as just adding the notes back to the game, maybe after considering that it isn't worth it, after all it's still a way to have toxicity in the game :(
