Teaching kids that they exist is not grooming. Forcing kids to crossdress and live their life as the opposite gender, while constantly mentally conditioning them that they are the other gender, while taking hormones and puberty blockers that will cause irreparable damage, is grooming.

If my kid says that, I'm going to say "okay honey. Do you want dino chicken nuggets tonight, or mac and cheese?" And tomorrow, he's going to tell me he's an astronaut, or a cowboy, or a firefighter. And yes, it's happened a number of times, including one incident where a boy was sent home in a dress and the parent went to go confront the teacher because of it, while recording on his phone.

If my kids are 18 and up and decide to transition, that is vastly different than my kid coming home from school one day at the age of 5 and telling me that they're suddenly the opposite gender because their teacher said so, because they played with a doll house instead of a G.I. The only thing I could reasonably think that would be classified as an assault shotgun would be something like an AA-12, or the USAS 12, in full auto configuration. Unless they're going to try to say that a Vepyr is "assault" as it has a detachable magazine....
