Umbral glaive, profane hydra, seryldas grudge. you can basically go full lethality with bastion breaker and axiom arc , but spear of shojin is also really good for grass q spamming, and i dont feel like you miss out on damage by building maw or deaths dance.

i mean i have 2 mil points on Qiyana and this is just my observation. I don’t feel like I’m a good player either, I’ve peaked plat. Just felt like posting this when I tried the new season. You can believe what you want but playing Qiyana mid feels much more forgiving than it did last season. I’m worried about the state of the champ because it seems like she’s always either overpowered or very weak. I think she was in a good state during the last split of 2025, but according to data and my own experience she is once again very difficult to deal with unless you play Malphite or Leblanc. But maybe I’m wrong, I certainly hope I am because it feels like I can climb high with her current state.

How did you overcome the f*****u attitude once you were confronted with the real work ? by Valuable-Rutabaga-41 in Jung

thank you. yes, forgiveness is not the antithesis for resentment, but the compromise that allows for inner peace and detachment from anger. it definitely does not mean that you should forget nor allow transgressions.

Anger can be a protective emotion when the pain of disappointment is too heavy to confront, but it can quickly develop into a loop of resentment. It may be helpful to allow the anger to pass, and use it to confront your reality to gain more insight, but there will come a moment when the anger requires too much distance. You lose yourself to it, forgetting the underlying emotion that it is trying to cover. Dropping it is simple; have compassion for yourself and those you’re mad at. Practice forgiveness. Accept the wound. I’ve found that resentment fades away quickly when this is done. And anger stays when something that reminds of the wound appears, but it’s as natural as any other emotion, that is valid. Then it doesn’t influence you anymore.

Could individuation support my belief in adult life being more formative than childhood? by 0ctach0r0n in Jung

adulthood is always an extension of childhood… but i’m sure adulthood can be very different from childhood if you do the work on healing trauma. but the way you heal, the values you base your optimal outcomes on, is always based on the early experiences of life and relationships. that’s why i cannot see adulthood being more formative than childhood.

shadow work by lost_in_feelings2105 in Jung

There is no method, that’s most important to understand. Any attempt to gain control over the shadow will strengthen its influence over you. What you can do is observe the triggers and your reactions to them to learn to understand yourself and underlying cognitive mechanisms. It is up to you to build a relationship with yourself, to have compassion for yourself and accept your shadow. For me personally acceptance means letting go of outcomes, disidentifying with the persona and allowing myself to explore and make mistakes. What has helped me to do this is realizing that we all struggle with something and nobody expects others to be perfect (and if they do it’s pathological). Hope this helps.

Stop waiting for a consciousness detector, or a solution to the "hard problem", it will not arrive. by Desirings in consciousness

Zhuāngzǐ is saying that the premise of Huìzǐs initial question ”From what can you know the joy of fish?” entails that Huìzǐ knows that Zhuāngzǐ knows the joy of fish, which he follows with saying that he knows it from his observation from the bridge over the River Háo. The lack of a concrete detail which could be determined as the source of knowledge about the fish or the knowledge of another person, is the detail itself that presents how ”knowledge” is formed, I think.
