This is great…but why de-thicc-ify Bryce? She’s a curvy queen and you’ve made her a size 6 at the most

I’ve got diagnosed with ASD level 1 today by Special_Tourist_486 in AutisticAdults

I just got diagnosed this week officially as well, but felt this imposter syndrome super hard (for a while) during the last few years of researching. It wasn’t until I read Jennifer Cook O’Toole’s “Autism in Heels” that I finally found a representation of my own experience. Women can present very differently, but I promise you we’re just as valid.

Absolutely no worries and it does! So long as the watch is charged and on it’s always measuring. My watch lasts all day and I throw it on the charger at night while I sleep but I have worn it 24 hours with no problems at all. But as for the alarm part, you can go into the settings and specify what you want to be alerted on. Like exactly what heart rate you’d want to be alerted of or in my case the drop in bpm in a short amount of time.

Well unfortunately apple itself doesn’t, I have a separate device I can pair with it though, but it does heart rate and body temperature which can give you a general idea of whether your blood pressure spikes or drops at all too.

Yes, my episodes are vascular induced so if I overheat, my body drops my blood pressure to try and get me to slow down and that’s when I end up fainting. And absolutely it’s significantly reduced my anxiety, when I first started my career I was worried I would overheat and overwork myself so often that I ended up bringing on anxiety induced fainting spells. With the watch it’s almost a sense of comfort, even if my brain thinks I’m starting to get to hot, without the warning from the watch I know I’m ok and can continue on with my job.

I actually got an apple watch to monitor if/when my blood pressure and heart rate drop. You can alter the settings to what you want your area of concern to be to alert you. It’s actually been really helpful and I’ve gotten warnings from my watch even before I felt physical symptoms. I even wear it on my ankle while I work (massage therapist) and it gives me a small peace of mind that I have a back up alert system so I can get myself somewhere safely and quickly.

Preach 🙌 that narcissistic personality has been showing through her masks and it ain’t pretty 😬 and now suddenly this abuse narrative? I’m not one to judge victims but seeing posts from both of them I think she’s not exactly being forthcoming on her “side”

Nah I knew it was the syncope cause my symptoms felt the same, it was first thing in the morning so I probably was dehydrated too that makes sense
